MAUSD Early Education Program
The MAUSD Early Education Program (EEP) supports children and families within our five-town community including Bristol, Lincoln, Monkton, New Haven, and Starksboro. The MAUSD Early Education Program believes in the importance of supporting early development and early intervention. We value each child’s unique learning styles and needs and strive to support children and families through a collaborative, family first model.
The MAUSD Early Education Program provides an inclusive preschool program for children three to five who reside in our five-town community. Children learn through discovery and investigation in a play based, supportive environment. The program understands the importance of fostering each child’s creativity and interests and implements age appropriate activities that promote child’s development in areas like Language, Literacy and Communication, Social Emotional Competence, Math, Science and Creative Expression.
While we value routine and structure, we also strive to be flexible and fluid with the needs and interests of our children. Throughout the week, children will have access to the Bristol Elementary gym, library, outdoor classroom, and opportunities to explore our community through seasonal field trips.
The MAUSD preschool program offers two different groups with a program enrollment of 12 children per group. Preschool groups meet on alternating mornings:
Group A Monday 10:15-12:15
Group B Monday 8-10
